Cancellation Policy

At Treta Foundation, we are committed to providing a respectful and supportive healing experience. We understand that schedules may change and unexpected situations can arise. To ensure fairness to both our clients and practitioners, we request that you review and adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policies below.


1. Session Cancellations (Individual Appointments)

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

  • If cancelled within the 48-hour window, 50% of the session fee will be retained as a late cancellation charge.

  • No-shows without any prior notice will be charged the full session fee, and the session will be considered forfeited.

  • We understand emergencies happen — in such cases, you may request rescheduling, which will be accommodated at our discretion.


2. Rescheduling Policy

  • We are happy to reschedule your session to a near future date, based on the availability of our practitioners or surrogates.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours is possible only once, and subject to availability.

  • To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend providing as much notice as possible.


3. Workshops, Webinars & Group Events

  • Registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future batch or program of the same value if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

  • If Treta Foundation needs to reschedule or cancel an event, you will be notified promptly and given the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled seat.


4. Retreats & In-Person Programs

  • Due to the resources and arrangements involved:

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat/program start date are non-refundable.

  • In case we cancel the event from our side, a full refund or credit for future use will be issued.


5. Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Please note that payment gateway charges and service fees are non-refundable.
